Every product we sell is fun to play with, long lasting and customizable! Every package leaving our facility is carefully inspected and we guarantee our personalized products to be free of defects and manufacturing errors. If you find any quality issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days and you may return it to us in new unused condition for a full refund or credits. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Tax & Duty
There will be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to US addresses. There will also be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to Australia (on orders of up to $850.00 excluding shipping costs), Canada (on orders of up to $18.00 excluding shipping costs), UK (on orders of up to $20.00 excluding shipping costs) and to EU countries (on orders of up to $300.00 excluding shipping costs shipped via standard shipping method). For all other international shipments and conditions, recipients are responsible for any custom duty or taxes imposed by that country, which is collected by the carrier upon delivery, if any.
